you, the tenant, receive from us a good quality property in good
condition.

| We also pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive and efficient management service. We will help you in processing your application, we will ensure you have all the relevant information on the property, and provide you with numbers to contact in an emergency.

Process:
|
- APPLICATION: Visit our offices at Naver Property Management, Lowgate Centre, 76-78 Lowgate Street, Hull and apply to join our list of approved tenants. This will require you to fill in some forms, with all your relevant information.
- VIEWINGS: Once approved, we will take you around the properties in the area you wish to live.
- LETTING: If you like a property, we will arrange the date to move in and signing of the tenancy agreement.
- MOVING IN:On move in, we will issue you with a handbook and all our contact information, and introduce you to the property so that you know where and what everything is.
- MANAGEMENT: Once you are in the property, rents must be paid on time, and the property will be inspected by Naver at least once every 6 months.

| We aim to house only the best tenants, you will be vetted and screened, but by doing this we approve you, and we can ensure that your home will be of a good quality.
